Executive Roundtables

Imagine...

Attending a conference and finding the 10 smartest, most insightful people there. You retreat to a private conference room for two days, delving into topics crucial to your organization and directly relevant to your leadership journey. Discussions are facilitated to ensure things don’t bog down or get too far off track. You are able to be completely candid and unguarded in discussing your issues. Each day concludes with a delightful dinner and conversation among friends. You leave the experience with clear takeaways and actionable plans to implement what you’ve learned.

The best part? You don’t have to plan any of it—it all happens seamlessly.

“The Roundtable is the most cost-effective, time-effective, and transformative leadership investment I’ve ever made.”

Intense CEO discussion

Welcome to Nonprofit Wizards Roundtables.

Roundtables are a unique cohort model that blends academic learning, hands-on implementation support, executive coaching, and peer accountability.

Membership in a Roundtable lasts for 12 months and includes in-person retreats, virtual Zoom meetings, private coaching calls, exclusive group chats, and access to an extensive resource library filled with tools, resources, draft policies, and more.

There are no prerequisites or admission requirements, but space is limited. Candidates are admitted on a rolling basis, with cohorts capped at 10 members. We also consider potential conflicts, such as similar organizations in the same geography who potentially could compete for employees, donors, or board members.

Join us and transform your leadership journey.
